Good Luck with this: Read this Fine Print
My problem was only with Hotels.com who did not CANCEL my re-booked reservation. I will never rebook through this web-site. If you PAY for the right for early cancel and hotels.com doesn’t notify the hotel then you are out of luck. You have to pay for the hotel room THEY did not cancel. BUYER BEWARE! Then hotel.com doesn’t list a phone number to call to straighten this mess out. Now I have got to go back through the reservations I’ve made, cancelled, rebooked and untangle the mess.

Not what I expected
Room Description included ‘sleeps six’, I would have to assume that means six tiny people. We had to move all the furniture around just to unfold the sofa bed and it still barely fit. Once we got it unfolded, there were no linens. The bed room was quite small as well, we had to stand on the bed to get the curtains closed because there wasn’t space between the bed and the wall. I’m not sure why, but we were in a handicapped accessible room and I could not fathom how someone in a wheelchair would be able to get around in such a cramped room.
