A below average stay, we have no need to go back. Had to valet bc self prking was "full". Was supposed to text valet to get our car and it didnt work. Had to go down to the lobby and still wait to get the car. Bed was hard as a rock, pillows flat as a pancake. Ordered at bar central, waitress never cameback to refill my water or soda. Had to flag her down to get the bill. Coffee stand workers where great. Of probably 7 treadmills, tv only worked on 1. Room had no, no view and was next to the elevator. Which i understand has to happen at times but when you're not full why put someone in there. Guess thats why we got lavendar spray to help us sleep. Appreciate the check out was at noon!

The stay was good. I did not like that I was placed on the east side, it was not mentioned when booking that we would be across the street from where we thought we were actually staying. Though it was cold outside it stayed hot and muggy in our room while even having the ac turned all the way down to 65, it never cooled off, and 3rd. I checked in, the front desk lady failed to give me my breakfast cards that showed proof that me and my partner had purchased breakfast prior, so I got to go look like a fool at breakfast and finally a sweet waitress, her name was Maria led me in the right direction. The hosts at breakfast were somewhat rude and short.
