You booked the house on April 20th of this year, and at that time you requested an early check-in at 2:00 PM. I informed you that there would be an additional fee of $50 that needed to be paid at the time with your booking. However, until the very last minute of your stay of 4th, July. You insisted original plan of an early check-in. On July 5th, we still had guests checking out at 11:00 AM at that day you check-in. But in order to accommodate your plan, we were trying to do our best. I had to get up early and wait for the guests to check out, and also had to hire two additional workers to help with the cleaning in order to complete the task in a very short amount of time, which was very frustrating for me and my team. I know that guests like you can be difficult to deal with, but I have confidence in my strict cleaning standards and the quality of the house with good location. However, after you arrived, you discovered that the famous Longview lake was closed due to thunderstorms, and you requested a refund and free stayed , saying that you didn't like my place and wanted to find a hotel. However, in the end, you said that you couldn't find a hotel and would continue to stay in my house. Here is my question now, If you really disliked my, why did you continue to stay there? There are many hotels nearby, as it is the President Truman hometown and a tourist attraction, and the hotel industry is well-developed here. To be honest, I really don't know how to meet your needs or serve a customer like you. I hope we can do our best to meet your needs here, but I'm sorry I don't want you back in my house anymore.
