For our short stay the hotel provided the minimum. It works in a pinch. Speaking only for my room, the bed and linens were clean but the room, generally, needs new furnishings and a good cleaning.

Horrible Hospitality
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HotelsI had numerous hard times getting my basic needs met. We were told the breakfast was every morning. There were most mornings where my two little boys couldn’t eat because they did not set out much for the guest to eat. Luckily there was a quick trip close by. The toilets weren’t efficient and had several problems through my stay. I only enjoyed the pool 1 day since the water ph levels were off my skin was itching and rashing developed on my skin. I will not be wanting to go back after paying almost $1000 for a week.

Got to the hotel at 3 for check in and the room hadn't been cleaned yet and took an hour for it to be cleaned. There was holes in the wall. The mattress was hard and the pillows were super thin and not comfortable. Overall a bad experience from the moment we got to the hotel and didn't stay the second night we had booked.

Mold on the air conditioner. Stains on the bedding. Mildew on the shower curtain. Will not stay here again

Absolutely unfriendly staff who threw my key card at me durning check in. Rooms were dirty and smelled like damp sewage. ZERO hot water in evening or morning. Sink was falling apart & the bed I’m pretty sure was held up by one board. It could’ve collapsed at any point. Horrible stay!

A truly bad hotel. The A/C in our room didnt work properly, nor did many of the lights. Most of the interior of the hotel reeked of cigarettes. They put is in a room directly next to the elevator and people were coming in and out all night until at least 3. You can be sure my wife and I were overjoyed to discover in the morning that we had no hot water in the shower. We went down to the complimentary breakfast to discover it was all just prepackaged food that someone had hastily thrown out. I cant imagine the employees have much to be proud of at this hotel. We certainly didn’t enjoy being there and it didn’t seem like any other guests did either.

It was clean.
Didn't like the old hotel smell.
Bathroom pocket door very hard to open and close. Looked to have caulk stuck on it.
Hole in wall should be covered where plumbing is.
