The pool and hot tub were closed. Didn’t find out until we checked in. They don’t turn the rooms so trash and dirty towels line the hallway. The bed was like cement and my back still hurts. Breakfast was horrible. I’ll never stay at a Stoney creek inn again.

I honestly wanted to like this place. It was quiet and I slept well, but that's the whole of it. The staff weren't bad they just didn't go above at all. The free breakfast was just chaos, and I've had better food at Holiday Inn. The donuts were good but I'm pretty sure those are purchased elsewhere. In the room, multiple lights didn't work. They only clean your room every 3 days, so if you need anything you have to get it yourself at the front desk. The location is great if you're in town for sports, but otherwise there's nothing special about this place.

The internet in our room was horrible. We got a themed suite and in like 75 percent of the room we got poor internet. I got this room as a surprise for my son so he could have a good time and this ruined that. Also tried to swim and the door to the pool was broke so we couldnt get in. We waited for like an hour for someone to help with the door and never saw anybody. Disappointed because i love this hotel.
