The quality of the hotel was better than expected! Staff was friendly & helpful, room was clean, great walking trails and nice dining.

Other than weak water pressure in our room’s shower it was a great hotel to stay at! Clean and very easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping

Nice, but not managed well
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well enough to keep us cool on a historically hot October day. However, the breakfast area was a confusing tangle of randomness. There was not a good flow to the serving area at all, and when breakfast was busy, it was a nightmare. Biscuits and eggs to the left but you have to go around the corner to the right to find the gravy. Also, late that night someone else in the hotel was shouting and jumping hard enough to shake the floor. We reported it to the night staff, but nothing happened. The people kept shaking the walls and floor enough that we couldn’t sleep.

I was unable to connect to the WiFi. The signal was poor and it wasn’t adequate for me to do my work. Shower was not cleaned and there was no body wash in the dispenser. The front desk staff was aloof and seemed more concerned that I was disturbing their consumption of hot Cheetos than helping me check into my room. I won’t stay here again
