Bed bugs beware

We got found bed bugs and when we told the front desk they acted like they couldn't understand us what we were telling them my wife had them in her hair when she woke up this morning very frustrated and mad and I want something done about this immediately

Get what you pay for

I'm not normally picky about hotels, especially cheap ones that I just need for an overnight. But I would not stay here again. When I booked the materials and emails I got said there was a free airport shuttle, it was not free. The bed had no electrical outlets near it so I could not plug in my phone within 10 feet of me (no clock either). Nothing terrible mind you, but this was super-no-frills and not priced that way in my opinion.

The room was a smoking room and had VERY LIMITED features including coffe pot not working, very spartin in furnishings. Almost felt like the management hated smokers so gave spartin room
