The customer service.The staff showed to assist me with my mobility.Challenges did just getting my bags to and from my room was excellent

I checked out 30 mins after I checked in. The guy who checked me in was rude and the whole place smelled like smoke and old cigarettes. The room was grungy and smelled of old smoke
