The room was not as clean as it should’ve been. There were small bed bugs that you couldn’t see but sure to feel the bites the next day. I give this room a 2 out of 10

Smelled strongly of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room, drawers were very dirty, stayed for 3 nights only had 2 towels in the room, went to the desk for more and they said they didn’t have any and would bring to our room when they did but they never came…they also didn’t provide and shampoo or conditioner for the shower which i find a bit odd considering the room was over $100 a night overall I wasn’t very satisfied at all

Convenient location, but....

The room was fine but we were disapointed in a few things. The hotel did not suppy any toiletries, not even a bar of hand or bath soap. Our room was not cleaned between days of a multi-day stay, and I didnt want to go get clean towels at midnight. And lastly, the hotel was listed as 'pet friendly' but the website didnt say the pet fee, wich was 20$/day, per animal. So, extra 80$ for us. This location was convenient, so I would stay again. But not with dogs again, and BYO soap!

I apologize Mindy that the maids did not leave any toiletries in the room. I will be sure to check with the staff regarding this matter right away! Did you happen to call the front desk? They are here for you to bring anything that is missing from housekeeping in a prompt manner and thank you for the feedback!
