This hotel is definitely more run down than pictures show! Beds were clean but hotel was the run down kind of dirty.

If cleanliness is high on your priority list, do not stay here. The pictures provided do not accurately represent the condition of the property. Immediately upon entering the building, I started regretting my choice of accommodations. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel, but I did expect a clean, organized lobby (like the picture showed). Check in was quick and easy. The inside of the elevator was rough looking and needed some attention. When we got to the room, we stripped the bed down to look for bed bugs. The first bed was okay. As I took the sheet off of the corner of the second bed, I found a urine stained mattress pad underneath. I went back down to the desk and reported it to the clerk. He said he would send housekeeping up to take care of it. I requested a new room and he honored my request. The second room had clean beds, but the bathroom was not in good condition. I didn’t get a chance to look in the first bathroom, so I am unsure of its condition. We accepted the second room because we would only be sleeping in the room for one night after the football game. This morning when I turned on the bathroom light, several cockroaches scampered in the tub. We gathered our things and checked out quickly. We did not stay for the complimentary breakfast, which was another reason we chose this hotel. I wish I would have asked for a refund after finding the urine stained bedding.

Wouldn’t recommend place was dirty and dingy. The staff was very nice but the building itself is dated a creepy. I also had to move rooms because I found bed bugs. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Rooms were clean, but there's an old Christmas tree in the hall that has been there since at least August when we were here last. Also, the wifi was spotty at best even after the manager reset it
