Overall it was a very nice hotel. I had the basic room and i was very impressed. The only issue i had was getting the shower hot. It never got to a hot temperature to actually enjoy a shower. Outside of that it was an amazing hotel and i definitely pplan on staying again. Thank you!

The facility itself was amazing beautiful check-in was a breeze. We had a free welcome drink when we checked in along with a free drink at the bar on the seventh floor. The only complaint I have is we went for a full breakfast the morning before we left and the service was beyond bad. There was no one to sit us. I had to walk around to find somebody to be sat. I finally found a bartender back behind the bar that was bent over stocking and she said there should be a host which we never didn't see her so we just sat ourselves. The hostess took probably 20 minutes to come over to our table, mind you there was not a single person in the restaurant. Food was good however we did order some drinks that we never did receive, but were charged for. Other than that, I would give this place a five star.

I have stayed on the plaza at other hotels. I am afraid this one is too much one step forward and two steps back everywhere. Not worth it, Given the price. The bed linens super nice, great, but mattress squishy and room was kind of small. Plaza is beautiful at Christmas, but can’t see it. View out our window was about half wall and half another building. We did not get two beds that we booked. The $35 breakfast-two sandwiches delicious, two coffee terrible. The elevator is decorated beautiful. But you can’t take it to parking garage. And some elevators from the parking garage somehow don’t go to the hotel. They go to other businesses that apparently have entire floors of the hotel. And the security seems good at first- system in the elevator- to use your card to go back and forth in elevator becomes more than inconvenient if you are carrying breakfast or any luggage. The front desk staff, they are great! Then, no free shuttle service that was advertised to the plaza. At 25 degrees, that’s not a fun walk. Finally, don’t give them room cards when you check out. You can’t leave parking garage without them. We figured that out the hard way.

Our curtain was torn, lamp didn’t work, room seemed dark not much lighting, after showering water ran all over bathroom floor(slick). Ceiling in bathroom didn’t look good had patched holes.
