Dirty floors. Bathtub didn't work. Microwave and ac were broken

Cleanliness of my room was horrible.Shower curtain had stains on it.Floor was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.Air conditioning was turned off in hotel.

Hotel was comfortable. Decided to swim.. took one step into pool and the step was so slick my travel partner fell down the steps causing deep bruising on back and arm. We went out to smoke and sat on a bench- 2 smaller girls - and the bench fell right through also causing a bruise on her bottom. When we told the staff they absolutely did not care and went on about their day. Would not bring towels to the room, did not have towels at front desk, and housekeepers were out on our last day. We will never stay here again. Truly disappointed
