Superbe resort , sera difficile aller ailleur . Nourriture de grande qualité et tout est super propre

Checking in to the property took a while and the lobby was not air conditioned. A lot of the restaurants on the map that was provided weren’t open the times listed or just weren’t open at all and we were not informed of this. You had to be seated in a specific dining area to have any meal meaning you couldn’t grab something quick and go. The waiters in the a la carte restaurant weren’t very attentive and we ended up going to the bars ourselves to get the drinks while at meals. While trying to relax on the beach, large CAT construction equipment would drive by all day as well as lawnmowers and weed wackers which were not very pleasant to listen to while on the beach. We were not properly informed of what the all inclusive included which was a day trip to a separate beach because the front desk staff stated “this beach isn’t very good”. They had no reservations available for our time there so we missed out. The rooms were nice and air conditioned. The inside restaurants were not air conditioned. The bartenders and a few waiters were very helpful but besides that not very friendly or welcoming service. Our shuttle to the airport insisted on picking us up at 7am for a 12pm flight leading to hours waiting around in the airport.

Very nice property. Well kept. Could use some paint in various areas and upgraded fixtures.

This property is truly amazing. The service is top notch and the food was amazing. My wife is also gluten free and every restaurant was accommodating with having decent gluten free options for her. Seaside market has the best breakfast and the lunches next to the ocean at Arrecifes are hard to beat. The palms side is definitely nicer though. Our favorite part of the trip was the service. Shout of to Maria at the entertainment area (she is so sweet), the nice man at the beach the night of the fire show for letting us watch, the woman who decorated our bed for our anniversary (BEAUTIFUL), Gabriel our driver from Lomas who is too kind, and Miguel for his incredible beachside drink service. The staff are all too kind here and go above and beyond for you. My wife and I will definitely be staying again.

From the moment you arrive you are treated like a family member that has come home after a long time away. We enjoy our stay it was beyond great and our room was perfect. The swim out suite is magnificent. Great place we are going to inquire about getting married there.

We like the transportatio from -to airport.
We didn't like, pools were small, the food was very limited, poor variety. The hotel and tooms were rundown,; beach area small,too many rocks.The more inclusive; bonanza ranch it seemed to be a horseriding tour, turnsout that the horse riding was not included basically a waste of time. The catamaran tour was good but the 30 min jetski which is included could not ride because of no slots.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay. From our welcome and check - in to getting picked up at our room at 4:45 am - everyone was extremely friendly and always wanting to please. To name a few - Roberto and Anselmo from driftwood , Mariana , Gabriela and Diana at the SPA - the personnel who did check- in , Janet from the swim up bar , Moises from the limas travel group, all the Staff - they all know what customer service means. The rooms were nice , could use some updating on certain details - like the curtains, but overall nice . Honestly what matters is the experience and the food - both top notch .
Can’t wait to come back !
