Bonne localisation sur la Riviera Maya, très bon accueil et services, bons restaurants, belle plage.
Par contre, pas calme du tout, musique à fond à la piscine, restaurants aussi tres bruyant, personnes qui crient et mettent la musique à fond à 2h du matin… À part ça je garde un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel avec chambre magnifique.

This is my second time staying there. Riviera Maya is one of the best resorts in hospitality and service. Our personal concierge, Alejandro was the best.

The property lack of maintenance is unfortunately really bad. The walls in the entire hotel need paint. Broken tiles in all hallways. The gym is clean but there are machines that have been broken for a long time like the stairs master for example. The spa had almost everything broken and deteriorated for men. Not Steam Room, No Could plunge working and the jacuzzi looks like it was never clean and tiles are coming off from underneath. Dinning is extremely limited in options. Definitely not what we expected for a 5 Star rated hotel. I am comparing it to the Atelier which is almost the same price and it is like day and night. I would never go back to this facility.

The Único Hotel property and amenities are really nice. The lobby, gym and rooms are super clean and comfortable.

The staff did whatever they could to make our stay at Unico very comfortable and pleasant. Hector helped to get our room upgraded due to a mishap with management placing us in the wrong room. He helped to organize reservations at the hotel restaurants and taxi transfers. He kept us well informed of all hotel amenities and activities.
The Caribbean ocean is clear and warm with small waves, this is where we spent most of our days. The hotel is over an hour away from the Cancun airport and set in a Jungle environment. You won't need to leave the hotel for anything.
