They have the worst management team and no coordination whatsoever. We were given a room that wasn’t ready upon our arrival and nothing in the room was working. The shower and tub were dirty and management claimed that was their usual condition, which we had to be told only after raising a complaint. Our booking was supposed to include a free breakfast which was never provided. Management excepted us to pay twice even though we showed proof of payment via the app online, second time being on arrival at the lodge.
