Amazing!
Publié le 4 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had such a great time staying! The place was super cute and cozy. We enjoyed the wild chickens/ roosters roaming around, the lizards, and the sound of the ocean.
My only complaint is that the dang rooster doesn’t under stand when it daylight and he loved waking us up earlier than we would have liked lol, but it was great being up early to enjoy the view!
Would definitely stay here again.

Our corner of paradise

The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha.

Wonderful location, everything you need to beach!

Centrally located with a perfect view from either lanai. Perfect for our family of 4.

Worse condo
Publié le 13 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayFalse advertising!! Not on beach. Had an upstairs no where was that mentioned. Cockroaches and lizards in condo. VERY SMALL. Could NOT get ahold/response from owners. Bedspreads were very old. Shower door didn’t work Needs painted. CLEANED UP!!!

Sorry you weren’t happy with your stay. I NEVER heard from you about anything. Otherwise I would have responded. Someone must have left the doors open for the lizards to come in. It is a tropical place. All of my sheets are brand new. If my cleaner used other sheets, I should know about it. The place is very clean and a lot of work has been put into renovating it. I had no complaints from you the entire stay.
The square footage is in the listing and so is the fact that there are two levels. The ocean is a few steps from the lanai door. Sorry you didn’t read the description before booking.

Kapaa Sands
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayMy favourite place to stay. Love being so close to the ocean. Chilling upstairs or downstairs watching the waves. Very private and relaxing. Has everything you’re looking for. I would not bring kids under 5 here again. Grandkids 2&3 had a great time but not really suitable for them.

The upstairs had the bedrooms and the downstairs had the kitchen and living area. Easy access to the water, beach and amazing views. The host was INCREDIBLE and very responsive! Thank you - we'll be back!

Peaceful and Functional
Publié le 21 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe location is wonderful. The ocean can be seen and heard from the bedroom. The town is located centrally, so day trips to either side of the island are easy. There are many wonderful restaurants and shops walking distance. The accommodations, the town, and the Island were all fantastic. We will be back!
