Publié le 12 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayMost relaxing and amazing views of gorgeous flora and trees meticulously cared for by yard staff. So relaxing. Very quiet complex. Appreciated the yard level lanai for ease of access. Pool and barbecue area were perfect.

Adequate Stay
Publié le 30 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is an adequate place to stay. The room is small and there is no ability to cook other than the microwave. There is a refrigerator but no freezer.
The bathtub took a long time to drain after use.
But....it is close to the beach and a nice ABC store and it is ideally located to explore the island.

Had a wonderful time waking up and heading straight to the lanai with my morning coffee.
Publié le 29 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayService was good and the maintenance man was wonderful as he showed me how to run the air conditioner and remote. The new chairs were also a plug-in the lanai. The ocean was in walking vicinity along with all the unique shops nearby for food and gifts!

Great Property on Kaua’i

Sweet welcoming gift, beach chairs, and cooler were all added perks. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Walking distance (2 minutes) to lots of shops and food at the Coconut Market Place. We had a small glitch with the door code one day. I called the management company, and the problem was fixed in about one minute. I would highly recommend this property.

Publié le 31 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayI understand when things have to be done, but for 2 days at the end of our stay there was a small track hoe that was removing the hedge that was right outside our front door. Annoying to say the least. Otherwise beautiful place. I hope they install a fence for privacy.Thank you!

hassle free and lovely spot

Sized right; located right
Publié le 15 févr. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe condo is a studio and, therefore, small. That said, it has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. Everything works. It is convenient to the airport, but the planes don’t fly over. The unit does not have a sea view or pool view, but the grounds are pleasant to see and the pool and beach are in the resort and a 1 minute walk from the unit. It is equidistant from either end of the island (important because traffic can be very slow). There are restaurants and shopping within a short walk.

Towels

There are no washer/dryer in this unit, and no access to the grounds laundry room.
And no room service, ie cleaning, towel replenishing, etc.
we needed towels.
