Wailua Bay View Kauai vacation condos are exactly what you have been looking for. Beachcombing, dolphin watching, and spectacular nature are all available right from your doorstep when you stay with us during your Kauai vacation. ​Being located on the Coconut Coast makes our condos a great place to stay for some Kauai sightseeing, and you will love having access to golfing, shopping, dining, and just about any other activity you can imagine.

Wailua Bay View condos are great for singles, families, and friends as they will accommodate up to four guests. The condominiums have one bedroom and one bathroom and are equipped with bath towels. Comfortable bedding arrangements, along with a full kitchen and washer and dryer make this vacation condo your home-away-from-home. Some condos even have a sofa bed, so be sure to inquire if that special request is available. Some of the great activities you'll find while in Kauai are the spectacular hiking opportunities, freshwater kayaking, numerous beaches, fishing, snorkeling, and more.

You'll feel like you've found your own tropical paradise when you take advantage of the pool, the open-air recreation pavilion with comfortable chairs, the putting green, and the private grassy cliff, with reclining chairs, overlooking Wailua Beach. The Wailea paved oceanfront walkway also starts in front of the complex and will lead you past Wailua’s top resorts. These condos feature private lanais, bedroom air conditioning, free WiFi, and in-suite washer/dryers. With two-bedroom floor plans starting at over 1,300-square-feet, your family can relax in comfort without stepping on each other’s toes!

Noise from the nearby road is ever present, on the lanai as well as inside. New bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen and living room as well as lanai furniture is old. Sofabed not comfortable. No ac in the living room. Great ocean view from the lanai.

Great view and property however …
We were extremely delighted with the condo itself and the view was wonderful, but unfortunately not enough to make up for the location and traffic noise, which made it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. There was construction materials operation directly across Kuhio Hwy from the property which began loading materials making extremely loud noise very early in the morning. Also sirens almost constantly.

My wife and I have stayed here a couple of times now. The view is great from the lanai and we always had a breeze coming through the condo. It’s always nice even though this last trip was more rain than our previous stays but we still enjoyed ourselves. We’ll stay there again!!

Needs work/repair. Beautiful view.
Carpets are very dirty, which was surprising since the rest of the place was clean. Slide screen doors to balcony/lanai are worn out. Even after an attempted repair they still are very difficult to open/close. Repair person did come vey quickly & improved them but they are worn out. Airconditioner (bedroom only) sounds like it's ready to blow. VERY loud & rattling. Great view. Local help quick to respond.

Great location in Kapa’a, close to everything. Balcony & view of bay & beach was great! Bed comfy but terrible, dense hard pillows. A/c in bedroom a plus. Breeze thru balcony sliders was perfect. Internet connection almost non-existent. TVs not connected to any service and useless. Tried to unplug several times to no avail. Had to figure out how to unlock oven function. Sliders are old & keep coming off track. Carpet stained when we arrived. Otherwise, place was clean, but no garbage bags provided. Kitchen has basic stuff & improvising was needed. Nothing spectacular other than view & needs some updating & tlc.

Room With a View
Good central location for the areas, attractions, sites we were interested in seeing/doing. Nice view of Wailua Bay from our lanai. Apartment does need some intervention, as in owner TLC or Property Manager action. Some lamps present fire hazard with potential for wires shorting out. Carpet and upholstery all need to be cleaned. We realize there is a lot of traffic on the carpet and the spills and red dirt do not help. Still a good location for the $$$.

Wailua Bayview was a great place to stay. The property was clean and had all the necessities that we needed. We loved the welcome gifts. The traffic could get noisy, but we weren't usually trying to sleep when there was a lot of traffic anyway. The traffic congestion could get a little hairy sometimes in that area. The chickens and roosters added to the charm.

Beautiful view and conveniently located to almost everything on the island
Good location to access the entire island. Able to watch whales in the distance and people fishing on the beach. Condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our 2-week stay. The only thing that would make our stay better would be if the condo was location farther away from the main road to eliminate the road and construction noise.

It was such a nice place to stay. Super comfy bed! I was worried based on reviews that the traffic would be loud but with the waves crashing in I didn't even notice the traffic (even trying to hear it). Same with the chickens. They're very loud but only in the living area-not the bedroom. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc etc. Very well kept yard and pool area! It also felt very safe. Nothing better than looking out your huge window and watching surfers and wind surfers at anytime during the day. Would stay again!

Spectacular View, Comfortable Home
Very comfortable condo with easy access to both sides of the island. The view is spectacular -- the lanai is a great spot to listen to the waves. The beach is a short walk from the condo via a sidewalk, and the condo has a rinse station. There was hardly anyone on the beach for two weeks. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to eat in every day. The bedroom was comfortable and provided air conditioning if necessary. The wi-fi was not compatible with working remotely but should be sufficient for checking email. The staff did an awesome job working through our wi-fi issues. The pull-out sofa was adequate. We experienced several chilly nights and blankets were provided upon request. Mark, the property manager, is very attentive to the grounds and worked to drive off the rooster that wanted to hang out. He gave great suggestions on what sites to visit and where the farmer's market was located. Overall, the roosters were not overwhelming. The Coco Palms hotel (across the street) and Sea Shell restaurant (out the back door) were purchased in the summer of 2022, and hopefully, the property will be developed. On the plus side -- not an eye sore; the downside -- more vehicle traffic. A fascinating piece of history. Truly enjoyable place to stay. Recommend a visit, and I would stay here again.

perfect place for a getting anywhere on Kauai
This condo was perfect for hopping around Kauai. It was very central to everything and super close to amazing places to eat. The unit is very clean, had a welcome gift, and the grounds were kept up every single day. The beach was literally steps away. Perfect place to relax and also to get anywhere on the island in about 40 minutes. Currently there is construction on the bridge which made getting on the main road a little bit of a challenge but that will be done soon and will make travelling even better.

This is the bottom floor, near the street with traffic and pedestrian noise. The unit needs attention on repairs, shower door, slider screen, refrigerator.
