Waipouli Beach Resort G306 - Unobstructed Ocean Views

Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is conveniently located on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast in the Historic town of Kapa’a, a 15-minute drive from the Lihue airport. When you stay in one of the condominiums at this award-winning resort, you’ll be treated to some of the best accommodations the island has to offer.

This luxurious condo can sleep 6 people in its two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two full-sized beds. This beautiful home also features 3 bathrooms with Travertine stone tile, jacuzzi tubs, and two showers.

The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf with a glass cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Whirlpool dishwasher & GE microwave. This kitchen also has granite countertops and African Mahogany cabinets.

The furnished lanai will allow you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine outdoors.

This wonderful home also has central air conditioning and a full-sized washer and dryer to provide comfort and convenience during your stay.

Waipouli Beach Resort has all the modern-day amenities that you would expect in a Five-Star resort, including a lazy river-style saline pool with two water slides, three sandy bottom Jacuzzi spas, and a children's sandy beach pool. The main pool, with dreamy waterfalls, is heated during the winter months of November through February.

Enjoy the on-site Oasis on the Beach Restaurant (yes, it really is on the beach!) and visit Spa by the Sea, a full-service spa offering a wide range of massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness services.

Across the street from Waipouli Beach Resort is a shopping center with a Starbucks, Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, and an Ice Cream Parlor. This beautiful condo with amazing views was very clean and functional and nicely decorated and equipped. The restaurant on-site, although expensive, has good food and there's a Safeway just across the street to stock up on groceries.

We loved this vacation rental! It was very clean, appliances worked great, furniture clean and comfortable. The views of the ocean were amazing, and we really appreciated the supply of beach chairs and umbrellas. The added touch of laundry detergent, coffee/creamer, and sugar was really nice as well. The pool and spas were great and we loved eating at the Oasis restaurant!

Exceptional Experience in Kaua'i
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Waipouli Beach Resort G306 and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property was exactly as described, if not better. The spacious living area was perfect for our group. The location was ideal, situated right on the beach with exceptional sunset views and close to local shops and restaurants. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Their attention to detail truly made our stay special. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend Waipouli Beach Resort G306 to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or family-friendly vacation spot. We can’t wait to return!

This condo was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the condo was just right for us. Unit G306 had all we needed. There were 4 chairs and an umbrella(too windy for the umbrella). The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful view and condo
Absolute beautiful location and the ocean and beach view is perfect! We had our 13 yr old daughter with us and having the 2nd bedroom with its own bathroom was perfect to give us all space. Location is great (half way between north and south shores) and having the Safeway grocery store across the stress was so helpful! The pool and water slides were a big hit for all of us! Highly recommend and I will stay here again when coming back to Kauai.

A great time
My husband and i and another couple stayed here. The check in and out was super easy. Loved that we didn’t have to keep track of keys and just used codes. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. This was the perfect home base for our island adventure. We were kinda in the middle of everything and it wasn’t too far to either side of the island. We didn’t hangout at the resort much but we loved the hot tubs at night and the sunrise on the beach in the morning. Loved the washer and dryer. Really zero complaints about the accommodations. The location was good and the shave ice across the street is the best on the island (we tried them all). 10/10.

Amazing location!
The condo was just as described in the listing. The beach was perfect! I thought the 4th of July week would be hectic but the whole place was quiet and peaceful. The location was great as well. Safeway across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We booked our excursions ahead of time and did not use the concierge service. If we ever return to Kauai, we would stay here again.

First trip to Kauai
We chose this ocean front unit (and paid a premium price for that feature) to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Upon arrival there were several maintenance issues that we immediately noticed. Our primary concern was the ripped/torn screen door in the master bedroom. We wanted an ocean front unit so that we could enjoy the sound of the waves at night and have the cool sea breeze blowing into our room. The lack of a functioning screen door took that feature completely away. We immediately left a voice message for the management company (REMAX) and when they called back were informed that they knew about the screen door issue, but there was nothing that could be done about it due to a lack of supplies/labor on the island. Replacing the screen in a screen door is a pretty simple process and I’m not happy that we couldn’t have an open screen door the the entire week we were here. We followed up with a text message to the management company after a couple of days and never received a reply. In addition to the torn screen door in the master bedroom, the entire screen door from the living room to the lanai was out of the frame and propped up against a wall on the lanai. We never could get floor and table lamps in the living room to turn on/off. The coffee maker in the kitchen has mold/mildew growing in it and we had to rely on Starbucks across the street. Last, but not least, the front door to the unit would not easily close/open. It appears the door is warped.

I really liked the inside of the property. There were just a few items that dropped the score. 1. The air conditioner was so loud and was on 4 min off for 2 min all day and all night. 2. There was construction 50 feet from our balcony so had to listen to Jack hammering half the stay...just wish we were informed there would be construction. 3. This one is not on the owner at all...but I paid a lot of money for the ocean front view and about 12 of the trees were cut down to stubs.

The beds are comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms are great with extra shampoo/conditioner/cleaning supplies provided, the kitchen is huge, the shower water pressure is excellent. The view from the balcony is the die for, the beach is quiet and great for finding sea glass. The waterslides are fun for kids and grown ups and the rest of the pool area is clean, well taken care of and assisted by nice staff supplying you with fresh towels and wristbands. Only a few small things we noticed: the dishwasher is showing some age and doesn't clean that well unless you rinse everything off completely, the frontloader washing machine has a little mold around the rubber gasket, the unit wasn't cleaned the best when we arrived (sand behind chairs, kitchen counter top dirty with coffee grinds). The Remax staff were quick to get back to me with questions and concerns. Would return in a heartbeat!! Location is central to all sides of the island, perfect for day trips any and everywhere. Directly across the street from the Safeway shopping center with a Ross, Starbucks, kids arcade, Wailua Shave Ice and lots more.

Nice condo & property
This condo was nice & relatively affordable (for Kauai). There were some basic kitchen staples, which was unusual & welcome. Since this resort is all individually-owned units, there are no resort activities. The pool is good & was never crowded, but the water could be a little warmer. I really wish they allowed floaties & pool toys to make it more fun, but it seems like all of these POA properties create a bunch of rules like this. We probably won’t stay at POA-managed resorts anymore because of the rules that detract from the fun and the lack of activities and on-site food options (the only restaurant just serves dinner).
