Aloha and E’ Komo Mai! Hello and welcome to our luxurious vacation rental, at the Ko’olina Beach Rentals unit #B903. We are located in the Beach tower, on Lagoon 2, the least crowded of the four beautiful Ko’Olina Lagoons. This is a beautiful and unique location, where we are sharing our home with you for the perfect Hawaiian Vacation. Our villa is 3 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms (Sleeps max 8 people), and almost 1778 sq foot of living space! Unbelievable Ocean and Mountain views welcome you, with Full tall sliding glass doors to offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf Appliances, and a full size Washer/Dryer, all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interior finishes include beautiful stone floors, granite countertops, African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. Wi-Fi high speed internet, TV, DVD Players, Flat screen TV’s in every room, and other high-end amenities provide the perfect vacation lifestyle.
Included is an underground parking space, with more guest parking available if needed. The property is gated and has security on staff 24/7.
Spend your vacation in this beautiful retreat, peaceful yet steps from the beautiful white sand beach. Relax with a cold drink or cocktail in the bar on property, or spend some time in the Gym or sauna! Enjoy the beautiful Sunsets with a walk along the beach, or take a stroll to one of many restaurants in the area.
The Master Bedroom offers views, a soak in tub, separate shower, and walk in closet. The 2nd Bedroom also has a King Bed, with a full bath, and the 3rd Bedroom has two twins that can be converted into a king.
This romantic yet family friendly villa is located in the Beautiful Ko’Olina Beach Villas situated in the resort area of Ko’Olina. It is a 5 star property located approximately 20 miles from the Honolulu Airport. The Ko’Olina lagoons are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving and sunbathing, their calm waters are safe for children. The Beach Villas offer every modern resort amenity, including a beautiful lagoon pool with a sandy beach entry area for kids, a quite lap pool, and 3 Jacuzzi’s. There is a Gym, Sauna, and a boardwalk in front of the Resorts perfect for a run or stroll. There are plenty of exquisite outdoor seating areas, with professional Wolf Grills located throughout the Beach Villas Pool area for your cooking pleasure. We are also in close proximity to Safeway, Foodland, Target, Walmart, Costco and Longs drugs. Minutes from Movie Theaters, Golf Course, and many fine Kapolei Restaurants.
We are only 35 minutes from Waikiki, and a short drive away from downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor Museum, The Bishop Museum, Waikele Premium Outlets, Historic Ewa Town, Hawaii’s Plantation Village, Dole Cannery. Hanauma Bay with It’s unbelievable snorkeling is a 45 minute drive, and it’s only 40 minutes to Historic Haleiwa Town on the North Shore, where you can check out Hawaii’s famous North Shore, Sunset, Pipeline, Turtle Beach and Waimea Valley! Understand the Limitations
We loved the location but the value proposition did not meet our expectations. We were surprised to learn that the actual seating around the main television is not as the photos portray (it is actually smaller). We were also surprised by the dirty dishes, blender, coffee mugs, bathtubs, carpet, and dining table. The "closets" are very small, and the primary bedroom mattress has a bow to it (the middle of the mattress is noticeably lower than the ends). The balcony off the primary bedroom is so small it is effectively unusable. Bedroom 2 does not have a private bathroom (it is shared), and it is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms. 2 adults may find bedroom 2 too small, yet bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds so it is better suited for children.However, we fully recognize that every other review posted on VRBO gives this unit an exceptional rating. So our expectations seem to be much higher than others. Our advice is for potential guests be sure you assess how this unit aligns with your expectations about what is important to you.

The condo was everything we needed for a great week on Oahu. The place was clean. The property was great with koi feedings, two great pools, BBQs and a safe lagoon for kids. The location was very walkable to around 10 great restaurants and the golf course. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Wonderful stay in a great place
We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It's spacious and very comfortable. I think the needs might have been the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a hotel or rental. The owner and property managers went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. In particular we appreciated how well stock the kitchen was and how helpful they owner was at working out an issue with our booking. It's hard to find any fault in our stay...however I will say that there are quite a few rules that need close following. We're rule followers so it wasn't really an issue for us, but it is something to take into consideration.

Lovely stay in a fantastic place
We loved our stay here! The unit was even better than we had expected, complete with amenities for our family that made our trip stress-free and incredibly enjoyable. The unit is well-sized and had enough space for the 3 families traveling together, and the extra bonus of kids toys/books and so many beach/pool supplies was fantastic to keep the kids busy and happy. The resort is lovely and we enjoyed going back and forth between the beach and the pool. We were thankful to have found this place and had a fantastic trip!

A SPECIAL Thanksgiving
Our family enjoyed our time on Oahu at KoOlina Beach Resort. The villa was perfect for our family. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the resort. The ocean view from the deck was awesome, I enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the comfortable deck furniture. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool everyday.

A relaxing resort
It was a great location away from other busy areas. As soon as you get off the freeway you immediately feel like youre in the relaxed quiet zone. Sherry was very friendly, thorough, helpful, and easily reachable. The resort was definitely relaxing with minimal noise from kids and we loved the direct access to the lagoons. Reserved parking was easily accessible. The unit itself was very clean. We loved that there were so many extra stuff available, especially for cooking, and the welcome gifts that were given to us. The only thing i would have an opinion about for others that may not be relaxing or may find of an annoyance (i personally was ok with it cause im a rule follower lol) are the many rules of how to care for certain appliances and modern technology that requires instructions. This part did not sit well with my elderly parents as they feel the fear of touching anything cause they could break it or for my nonchalant brother who was super annoyed about too many rules to follow. Again, i was totally fine with that as i understood like with anyone elses home, their are many particular things the owners adopt in their ways of caring for their home. But as a guest, it may not be everyones environment for a relaxing stay, but thats just how most vacation rentals are set up, youre being invited to borrow their home. Thanks again Sherry and Pam. Our overall experience was great!

Unit worked out well for my family. Trip was to take grandkids to Oahu to meet cousins and to enjoy the island. BT-903’s pool and lagoon let them swim whenever they wanted to. There was enough space for a family of eight to hang out and enjoy the unit. Sitting on the lanai in the quiet, early morning, drinking coffee, listening to birds and looking at the ocean. Great feeling. We liked that the resort is very quiet and not crowded. Communication with Sherry was outstanding. The downside: (These can be easily fixed.) 1. No pantry to store items bought from the store 2. The floor was dirty, so we wore socks and bought slippers to wear in the unit. 3. No place to hang wet towels. 4, Center bedroom shower needs in depth cleaning 5. Washing machine washed in hot water only. (couldn't figure it out) 6. Soap dispensers in master bath weren't working.

This property location was perfect. The property manager went above and beyond whenever we had a question, and responded immediately whenever we contacted her. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything is close by and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The view could not have been more spectacular! Will definitely stay here again.

Ko Olina is a great location! Our unit B903 needs a Professional Cleaning---not the 4 hour turn around. Kitchen cupboards are very dirty especially around the pulls. Utensils need replacing-not clean. There was no scrubber in the kitchen for washing, only a dishcloth. Showers need major scrubbing, had mold, Too many

Family Celebration in Hawaii
The overall resort had an excellent location with terrific views of the Pacific. This unit was clean with excellent views and a very nice lanaii but had too many closet lockouts and extra furniture which took up some of the space. Some of the furniture was dated and there were also to many decorations which were in the way. But overall nice. We had also rented a second condo that was owned by a property company and it did not have the lockouts and extra furniture/decorations.

This location was simply a little piece of heaven in Hawaii! Seriously, this property was immaculate, and our family had the most incredible experience - from the initial booking, all the way through the time we left the beautiful property. Pam and team were A-Mazing! Our onsite concierge made us feel as though we had white glove service the entire time of our trip. Sherry was the BEST! She purchased leis for my family, helped us book exclusive restaurant reservations, purchased all the groceries from our list and had them nicely stocked upon our arrival, made excellent recommendations for a plethora of "things to do" on the island, was extremely attentive to our every single need and she even surprised us by purchasing a birthday cake for my mother, as we were celebrating her 75th birthday while on vacation. Talk about EXCEPTIONAL service ... well, that service was only amplified by the 5-star property! The condo was immaculate and had every single amenity one could imagine. Beautiful views of the beach/lagoon, three gorgeous bedrooms with private baths, and the decor was simply beautiful. THIS location had it ALL! We truly loved the condo, the lush property, and personal assistance of "Superwoman" Sherry. Thank you, Pam, and team for helping our family to make the most incredible memories that will last a lifetime. This was a dream vacation, and we will definitely be back!!!

We enjoyed the location of this condo in Ko Olina. The ocean view, spacious rooms and very well maintained and clean unit made our vacation feel luxurious. It was very convenient to be able to make our own meals with all the necessary kitchen items in the condo, the gym downstairs had the just enough to make a full workout in the mornings, condo owner includes use of beach chairs and towels. We can't wait to visit again!

Amazing Family Vacation
The pictures do not do the view from this condo justice. The ocean view of the sunrise from the patio every morning was stunning. The condo has everything you could need including a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and even beach chairs and toys. It had plenty of space for our party of 7 and was in a great location with pool, lagoon and restaurant access. The property manager, Pam, was very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend the condo for your next vacation.

Amazing!
Our stay was absolutely amazing. The grounds are beautiful, the pool and spas were a great way to end the night. The Villa was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and care free. The lagoon is beautiful and we were able to snorkel and see many different types of sea life. Our family fell in love with this place and we were sad our vacation came to end. We can’t wait to come back again very soon!
