Nice facilities, unprofessional reception staff

Contre : Very unprofessional reservation staff, need to be trained on hospitality and hotel business.
Emplacement : Everything was available inside the resort, quality of food was good but the choices were a bit limited. There is also a need for a sports shop.
Overall a great place to relax and spend some quality time with the family in Karachi. The place is peaceful, quiet, clean, tidy and not so crowded for Karachi. Water parks were well maintained although some of the facilities were not there at all but mentioned on their website and their map. A couple of restaurants were also closed for good. Overall services were great by the lower grade staff (room cleaners, waiters, luggage helpers and restaurant staff) but the staff at the reception and reservation management were terrible. I had the worst experience of my life at the check-in when they asked me to pay extra for my 6 yr old, though I paid online already for a room of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) and I explained it to them that Expedia suggests the rooms based on the no. of guests and their ages and also showed them my reservation confirmation but they said that Expedia only paid them for 2 adults. I was about to leave the hotel at check-in and call Expedia to complain but they decided to make my son 'Complimentary' although I had paid in advance for the whole family for 2 nights...Be aware of this scam!

We face difficulties from start .. on reception they are trying to have us low category room but after some discussion they agreed to gave us our booked room ... I bought room with breakfast deal again they disagree with this not giving us lame excuses.... internet speed is poor may be because they offering free WiFi ... evening facilities timing are out of this world I think they really want people not to enjoy the facilities...... resort food was ok ....
