Avis Ngorongoro Front Safari Lodge

The Lodge is nice, but it is wrong located on google. It is 35-40 minutes drive away from NCA. And you only can reach it with a 4WD car, because the last 4 km are a very bad dirt road. The staff at the lodge is very friendly, but the managment is terrible. They did not receive our booking. The staff at the hotel manged that we could stay, but later the managment wanted us to pay, althoughbwe had already payed to expedia. We talked to the mangement and showed our booking and paying confirmation, but they still wanted us to pay. We said that they should call expedia to solve the problem, but they did not. Finally we talked to expedia and finally it tooks the expedia customer service (which was really good) 2 hours to solve the problem and we did not pay double. We do not recommed this lodge, although we are sorry about the impact that may have on the staff, because they are very nice.

As I reported to you before, this hotel does not exist. And I want my money back.

Miejsce prześliczne na granicy wsi z Narodowym Parkiem Ngorongoro. Domki usytuowane z dala od siebie. Sympatycznie urządzone z łazienką. Personel przemiły. Śniadania obfite. Nie wspomnę o kolacjach złożonych z 4 dań. Jedynie jest problem łączności ze światem (mobilne wi-fi). Serdecznie polecam. Jeśli wrócę w okolicę Ngorongoro, to nocleg tylko tam.

At the slope of the Ngorongoro crater you can find this lovely, small but well organised hotel. There are a few houses seperated from each other. The actual spot is a hundred yards from the official Ngorongoro border in the middle of the Forest. Food is excellent, service is top and you will get an unforgettable but lovely experience!
