Thank you for bringing to our attention and will try to put you to our new lodge where they are bigger and neater rooms. The unfortunate part is that the time you stayed with us the temperatures were high beyond our controls but nevertheless will strive total guest satisfaction

The property was ok😬.Some staff members on the reception are not friendly especially when checking in.Also, please clarify on site what bnb means i.e complimentary breakfast and standard breakfast.

Worst Hotel Ever
Publié le 19 avr. 2019 sur HotelsAbsolutely rubbish! Disgusting. Place is dirty and filthy. The swimming pool had no water. I literally left the place after 48 hours even after paying for 7 days. Receptionist are rude.
They charged me even after I had paid already. They claimed they had no association to hotels.com. I had to make numerous international phone calls to hotels.com to review my bookings.
The place is absolutely dirty and should not even be registered on hotels.com
