Great stay, clean rooms and friendly staff
Publié le 10 déc. 2022 sur HotelsGreat stay. Friendly People, clean rooms and decent food. Swimming pool was also very nice. They offer scooters for rental to see the sights and are helping you when you have questions.

Stay in paradise

The staff does everything to help you to feel at on on Karimunjawa.
They offer trips for a kind of activities. The island still has the vibe of being undiscovered.
Here you can visit beaches and be the only one. Friendly people and still enough to do.

Het hotel staat op een prachtige plek op het eiland.
Het hotel is nieuw, maar je merkt dat het nog in de kinderschoenen staat.
Het ontbijt is heerlijk, uitzicht is prachtig, bedden zijn goed!
Alleen het personeel spreekt slecht Engels, waardoor het lastig communiceren is met bestellingen en om excursies te regelen.
De WiFi is niet stabiel.

Thank you very much for staying at The Hapinezz Hills and sharing your feedback with us. We just opened four weeks so your feedback is very valuable for us to improve. At the moment you were staying with us they were improving the wifi and now it is working correctly. We apologize for this during your stay. Karimunjawa is an upcoming tourist area. We prefer to work together with locals from the island, but that means that for some of the staff members the English is still limited. At the moment our staff is following a English course so we expect this will improve soon. We hope to see you again another time in Karimunjawa. Team The Happinezz Hills.
