Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HotelsA single charging point in a room for two. Phone connection does not work. For everything you have to physically go to the reception desk and talk. Reception desk does not have a key person for 24/7 help. No hot water in the bathroom and neither do they help you out when you report of unavailability of hot water. No WiFi in the resort. Only reception desk has WiFi. Charges are very high just for the spacious room and being located in the heart of Matheran. No convenience to guests in terms of luggage transport to Dasturi. You are on your own here. All that glitters is not Gold is how I would describe Adamo.

Food was decent for the Place. Rooms were very basic (mine was a sup Delux) and cleanliness was not great. Shower curtains were stained and never cleaned. Room interior was run down. Hotel location and front desk service were good.
