The stay was awesome. Room was perfect. Loved it. The only issue we had was with a rude hostess at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Maybe she had a bad day, but she was far from welcoming. Other then that, super.

We didnt like the older long hairedan at check in. Completely lazy, did not offer to help with bags or anything. If your bahs are heavy, good luck with the stairs if you get this man. Copied our passports for some reason too. Asked the other front desk help and they had no idea why, or where he put this vital info. And they charge for extras like hot water kettle to make in room coffee which there was none to begin with. The pillows were terrible so we asked for smaller pillows and they charged for delivery of these pillows that werent even smaller.. Bonus points for location only. Its a run down place for sure with no access to the room A/C. Its a set temp and not cool enough for July in Karlovy Vary. It was a heat wave! Stear clear, not worth the money.

Good morning,the International Film Festival was taking place during your stay. There is a high turnover of people and the receptionists have to check in a lot of people at once, so they copy their passports so they can hand over the room keys and check in do later. We try to save your time. We do not have coffee sets in the room and the kettle is for a fee as we state everywhere. If the pillows do not suit you, our maid will be happy to bring you another type or another piece. The air conditioning has been running since the beginning of June. Thank you for positively evaluating the location of our hotel.

Clean and spacious room bathroom. Very friendly and helpful male receptionist on check out with excellent english skills.
