Great service. Big room (#405) with enough space for our 3 children, my wife and I. Three TV’s, so nobody fighting for channels LOL!
Nespresso machine with pods, as well as tea available. One full bathroom; would be nice with additional 1/2 bath or another full bath for our 5-per party. Elevators on site, good for heavy luggage. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Great location with very nice views.

Kein Roomservice, obwohl Zeichen herausgehängt, während die Serviceleistungen auf dem Flur waren….. :-((
Beim Frühstück wurde einem das Geschirr bereits eine halbe Stunde vor „Ende“ weggezogen.
P.S.: Massage war „natürlich“ auch nicht Buchhändler = alles ausgebucht….
=> viel versprechen - wenig halten……

Dear Martin,I hope you don't mind me answering you in English since we have communicated in English before during your stay in Spa Hotel Schlosspark.I apologize about the confusion, I personally took a look at your reservation and all the communication between us and since the balcony we requested by you or Expedia, we were not able to guarantee it on site, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. About the parking - we have informed you via messages in advance that since all of our parking spaces are occupied at the moment, you can parking on an off-site parking lot located 500m from the hotel and gave you the address. I completely understand that since we are in the spa zone, parking can be a bit tricky.I will deal with the restaurant staff about your comment, thank you very much for letting me know.Again, I apologize that your stay was not satisfactory - I wish you'd let me know when we talked on the reception so I could be more helpful.I hope that you will choose us again so we can make your stay wonderful.With my best regards,

A ostentatious option
Publié le 10 avr. 2022 sur HotelsThe hotel largely lived up to its promise. A short uphill walk from the town centre, more gaudy than grand in appearance. The Presidential Suite is huge, with grand views over much of the town. Even so, there was no milk provided for coffee and you even had to pay for coffee pods from the mini bar! The gym was pathetic but the pool area was nice, small and seemingly recently renovated. The sauna is only on at night. VERY limited parking is available on-site (not suitable for huge vehicles) and I would suggest reserving in advance.

Good afternoon,
thank you very much for your positive review, we appreciate it very much. We do not have milk by coffee machine because because it spoils quickly. But if you ask for it at the restaurant we provide to you with a pleasure free. Unfortunately sauna cannot run the whole day but before 5 pm you can buy private sauna and use also swimming pool only for you. There si problem with parking in general at spa centre. But you can park at parking house Libušina not far from our hotel or at the main road Na Vyhlídce.

Horrible customer service
Publié le 26 juill. 2016 sur HotelsThis is the worst hotel I´ve ever been to! The only good things about this place were the big room and the interior. The hotel was very hard to reach by car, because the streets are extremely steep and narrow. There was supposed to be parking space at the hotel, but all of the 4 parking lots were reserved (surprise) so we had to leave our car to a chargeable parking garage far from the hotel. And when we finally got to the hotel, there was no one at the reception so we had to wait for the check in for a while. Actually, the reception and the lobby were empty most of the time. And there was only one employee who spoke English, the others didn´t understand a word. If someone happened to be laying behind the reception desk, they didn´t greet us - not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was mostly meat and sweet pastries. As a vegetarian I would like to have more healthy options. The only vegetable was tomatoes with onions - again I was expecting more. The Spa was also very disappointing: there was only 1 lousy pool with cold water in it. And the sauna was of course for extra charge. This hotel will charge you for everything! For example, there was an electric kettle in the room, but they charged for every tee we drank (normally it´s incl. in the price). And they charged us 9 € extra because I decided to pay our bill in CZK (normally it´s cheaper to pay in CZK instead of €), so I left the hotel very angry. Please, do yourself a favour and choose another hotel!
