Ok but not a HI expected standars

Ok hotel but not one I'd go back to. The parking even though advertised as free, in fact it is €9 per overnight stay. Additionally, no restaurant for dinner service was available and we walked into the town centre 15mins to get to nearest place. We use HI multiple times for our stay and this did not meet the usual standards. The rooms are very small for the price one pays.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Anmerkungen zu Ihrem letzten Besuch in unserem Hotel. Die Parkplätze in unseren Haus und unseren Ketten kosten ab. 9 pro Nacht und sind an der Einfahrt auch dementsprechend ausgeschildert.Wir nehmen an, dass sie zuvor im Holiday Inn und nicht im Holiday Inn Express waren. Daher verfügen wir auch kein Restaurant. Dies ist unteranderem der unterschied zwischen den Häusern. Jedoch haben wir eine kleine Snack Auswahl von Pizzen, die sie bei uns erhalten können.MFG Ihr Hiex Team

Great Service

Even with a little issus with HOTEL.COM payment issus with Holiday Inn clerk, she let me have the room.... Next morning everything was fixed...Very Helpful Clerk.

Will not stay in a Holiday Inn Express again

Very disappointed. We had to change rooms because the first room had live electric wires sticking out of the bed head, a broken blind hanging off the window, no kettle and stained toilet seat,
