The staff at the front desk always nice no complaint , the room was full of ants in the kitchen the toilet was dirty it had splatters of poop! No cleaning room service went on the 3 days we stayed thete were no towels had to go to the front desk to ask for some! The next door was load with 3 dogs inside they were roudy and load all up to 5am dogs left poop outside door So Disapointed !

My stay at this property was fair. The check-in/check/out staff is the biggest issue I encountered.
Upon check-in, I advised the guy at the counter that, instead of a 2-night stay, I would be staying only 1 night and would be checking out in the morning. I was told that this would not be an issue and the additional booked night would be refunded.
The next morning, 4 hours before check-out time, I went back into the office to turn in the card key to check out.
(NOTE: Without the card key, there is no way to access the room).
I made it clear that this was a check-out and the additional night would not be used. Again, I was assured that the additional charge would be removed from the credit card within 3-5 days.
Long story short, the charge was initially reversed, within 2 weeks, but has since returned, one month later.
Be careful with these people.

I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. The refund has been issued on our end to the virtual card that was attached with your online reservation. I would recommend you reaching out to the online services you booked through with any concerns with the refund. We can provide a copy of the receipt to them if needed.

Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI've stayed there about 5 times, but this time when I got there, there was a notice to call a number, so I called they said I'll be there in 10 minute. ( before someone was always there) A guy should up and got my reservation and gave me the key. Got to the room, and looked the door had been kicked in before and half fixed, had to call and wait to get another room. The other room you couldn't lock all the locks.But stayed. Wish I could have gotten my money back. Will not stay at Instalodge,Karnes City, Tx again.

We had an issue with the water when we stayed and they were great to accommodate us by moving us to a new room!
