it seems that they were shorthanded on staff. I would see the person at the register also cleaning rooms and running the breakfast room. the breakfast room was not stocked with the hot foods, such as eggs and sausage etc. several morning we would have to ask about the hot foods and to make more coffee.
there was also a problem that the lounge area bathroom was not clean. the elevator was dirty. the same piece of food that was dropped on the floor was there for 2 days. it was still dirty when we checked out.
however, we did not have a complaint about our room. It was nice and it was clean.
