The check-in process was very difficult. Plan on waiting for a key. When she finally did and you want to rest and relax but the air-conditioner barely works. What makes this day intolerable is the rooster that starts crowing at 2 AM in the morning and doesn’t stop till 7 AM. The whole situation is obnoxious! The only thing positive about the stay is the view of The Big Buddha

Ok but wouldn’t stay longer than 2 nights here.

If I was to stay again I would only stay 1-2 days max. There were little ants crawling around so do not leave food out in the open.There was no AC in the bathroom which is basically the other half of the bungalow. Otherwise the bedroom side had ac. There was a language barrier so it was hard to communicate with the owner. The place like everyone said was hard to find. Thankfully our grab driver spoke to the owner and we finally found the place. She really needs to get a sign. The road is right behind the happy diner. The room looked just like the pictures. Also if you got the superior room prepare to walk up a few flights of small steps before getting to your room. For breakfast there is a lady that sells authentic Thai food there every morning for cheap. Next to her is a coffee shop that makes the best Thai ice tea and Thai coffee. We went there every morning and spent less than 200 baht for 4-5 pre-packaged dishes. If you go early enough it will be fresh! I will miss eating there.
