Avis Amazing 5-bedroom Pool Villa With Stunning Seaview 5 minutes drive to Kata Beach

Our family went on vacation to Kata Beach a few years ago and rented this place. Thanks to the directions the owner sent us over email, the place was easy to find and upon arrival we found the house clean and very welcoming. The open spaces and the modern décor really made us feel like we walked straight into a magazine and it instantly felt right. The view of the ocean from the balcony while sitting next to the infinity pool - especially at night - was enough to take my breath away. The villa was very well-planned out and was at a 15-20 min walking distance from the beach - a perfect opportunity to check out some of the natives and restaurants scattered along the way. Obviously keeping the tsunami accident in mind while constructing it, the house was perched on a hill overlooking the area - out of reach if something like that were to happen again but close enough to be convenient. Very smart. We enjoyed our stay very much and have nothing but kind words for the amazing villa and the pleasant owners. So if you're looking for somewhere to spend a relaxing siesta with your family, a romantic getaway with your special someone or just a trip with friends - this is the way to go. I personally can't wait to come back!

Our family and our friends have rented this fabulous villa at severel times during wintertimes. Overall we have been there for 4 weeks. As the owners of a family business we travel a lot and have spend all our free time abroad these last 20 years, over 50 trips and the last few years most of the time in Asia, so we have seen many different places and rentals. This stunning villa has everything you could wish for and is one of the best we stayed in, everything was 100% to our satisfaction. The view from the house is incredible especially at sunrise and the sunset, and it is very quit, the only thing you hear is the sound from the crickets playing, lovely Jacuzzi pool and a great large kitchen and terrace, scooters and motorcycle to rent from the owners that live in an apartment under the house who even helped with medical visits when I was sick this winter - unbelievable persons who owns the house. We will for sure be back again!
