We look for 3 things when booking a property - off road parking/secure parking, restaurant and bar.
On arrival sent to a dirty room - TV on, used food in the fridge, lights on in the bathroom/laundry. Was then given the room next door which was clean.
Restaurant closed - even the paper work on check-in states the restaurant is open - definitely closed . Restaurant has been closed for months.
Shower floor slimy
Air didn't work - not cool. Remote control didn't work.
Have stayed at this property before and never had any issues.
Very disappointing. Will not be back.

HI John, We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. I'd just like to address some of the issues you have raised. The TV and lights were on as that is part of our pre-arrival process - Lights, tv and A/C on for the comfort of the guest. All our A/c's have recently been serviced and are working with no issues, if the remote did not work it may have just been batteries which we would have been more than happy to replace for you, we are on after hours call for any issues that may need resolution. The restaurant has only been closed for 2 weeks and is in the process of changing hands, however it is a separate business to us entirely, we apologise for the inconvenience of it being closed. The food left in the fridge I cannot apologise enough for, the room had been cleaned, however the cleaners missed the food in the fridge and I will be speaking with all of them regarding this issue to ensure it does not happen again. Once again, I apologise for the issues you mentioned creating an unpleasant stay with us, we hope that you do return to see your issues are not an everyday occurrence.

Enjoyable stay at the hotel, comfortable large studio room with comfortable bed, kitchen area, separate lounge type area, everything you could need

This is the best place I’ve stayed in in Karratha! Beautiful large rooms with everything you could possibly need, massive bed, full size fridge freezer, the list goes on 😃 we loved the pool & bbq areas too! The property was very clean & well maintained.
This will be our new favourite place to stay when we visit Karratha from now on!

This was a lovely cool treat from the hot outback…gardens were magic and units private and quiet…Will stay there again…
