HI RobertThank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. While the property is indeed old, all guest rooms have had a full refurbishment within the last 3 years. There is also plans in place for some extensive external upgrades. We hope to welcome you back to see them.

Dear Mruthyunjaya,Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback and my apologies we missed the mark on this occasion, I would really appreciate it if you could contact me directly in regards to the room cleanliness issue you encountered so I can better understand. In regards to water bottles in the rooms it has been an Accor sustainability target for sometime now to remove single use drinks bottles from guest rooms. We do however provide filtered chilled water filling station in the bistro area which we encourage guests to use throughout their stay.RegardsTobyGeneral Manager08 9159 1000

Tired and overpriced for average tourist.
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HotelsHandy to Karratha Shopping Centre and Integrity bus stop as we were utilising public transport for our visit along the west coast.
Sadly this hotel is tired and needs a good makeover or knocking down and re-building. The adjacent ‘Sports bar’ is non-existent and likely long been closed due to more modern hotels charging comparable prices in the neighbourhood.
The bistro was very lightly patronised for a school holiday period and with limited menu options.
You can’t charge premium prices around $300.00 a night and only offer THREE star rooms and facilities.
