Lovely hotel!

They take pride in using local dairy products and there was some of the best cheeses I have ever eaten with the breakfast buffet. Andre was friendly and helpful and speaks about half a dozen languages fluently. I would go back, especially to eat!

Very very pleasant experience here. The host was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, spoke excellent English and was very accommodating to making the breakfast early for us. Speaking of the breakfast, it was incredible! All sorts of local ingredients to make for a delicious breakfast, and great coffee as well. I will certainly be back to stay here again some day!

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr sauber und ordentlich die Zimmer. Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir nur eine Nacht ohne Frühstück dort waren.

And don’t miss the breakfast of local delicious products - all to die for… well to live for. The only downside is we only stayed one night!

Dear guest, thank you very much for having chosen Hotel Cis for an overnight stay. We are sorry that our published and known policy in regards to extra charges has been causing irritation to you, despite we believe that you have enjoyed the actual stay and our hospitality. For the sake of transparency we would like to wrap up the key facts for other readers, so everybody can make up their own mind.- Our policy for extra beds - as stated in our fine print is 39,-- / bed / night. This is an extra-charge and manually applied on the room charge.- You stated in your reservation "2 children, aged 1 + 2, We need baby a cot please"; - Since the reservation in spring we did try to get in touch with you multiple times as to better understand the exact configuration of the room you might be needing. - Not receiving any sort of feedback, based on experience we prepared 1 baby-cot an thought you will have the elder of your kids in your double-bed. - You arrived past 22:00 (10pm) without any prior notice (check-in time until 18:00 (6pm) regularly) and confronted us with 3 children, aged 1, 5 and 7. - We did our utmost to cater to you despite we officially do not have rooms hosting 5 guests. We did - late night - remove furniture i the room as to make space for 2 additional sofa beds in order to accommodate the children in a reasonable way. - At this point, we did allow ourselves to add a charge (discounted from 39,-- to 35,--) for the 2 elder children.- The child of 1 years in the baby-cot was free of charge of courseMind: If you would have been travelling with 2 children aged 1+2 as you stated in your reservation, there would not have been any charge. We regret having disappointed you, however ask for your understanding that you haven't presented us truthfully with the facts when making the reservation. So we have adopted to the new facts. I am looking for a good place to enjoy what is spring season and true nature. This is the best place and excellent location to feel calm nature. Breakfast was so excellent and most of the foods were not from commercial one but from the neighbour's. Thanks Andrea for your careful service.
