Extremely dissatisfied with the hotel service.
Publié le 11 juin 2018 sur ExpediaHotel check-in time was 1 and we came at 4 pm still the manager of the hotel said no rooms have been booked then we argued that we have booked the room through Expedia sothey said ok they will give the room after 1 hr as it is not free. After 1.5 hrs room was provided without cooler or ac 3Rd floor.
Staff was also rude.
Want complete refund else the same will be posted on Twitter and Facebook
This was my first booking through Expedia and experience was worst.
Will never ever recommend anyone to go thru this site or the hotel in which I was staying.
