Otel çok merkezi bir konumda. Bu hem iyi hem kötü. Çarşı ayağınızın altında (+) Gürültülü barlar da burnunuzun dibinde (-)
Gece 2ye kadar müzik sesi kesilmiyor. Ses hassasiyetiniz varsa 2den önce uyuyamazsınız.
Otel teras cafe çalışanları ve resepsiyon çok kibar ve ilgili.
Temizlik konusunda oda girdiğimizde temizdi. Biraz nem/küf(?) kokusu vardı çünkü havalandırma sistemi ya bozuk ya işlevsiz. Her gün pencereleri saatlerce açık bırakarak havalandırdık. Hiçbir şey yenilenmedi (havlu, şampuan vs) 10 gün kaldık temizliğe gelen olmadı. Minicik 15ml Şampuanlar 3-5 günde bitti tekrar istediğimizde Bir adet minicik 15ml şampuan getirdi temizlik görevlisi. Tekrar istedik haliyle.
Odada klima ve buzdolabı oldukça iyi çalışıyor.
Odanın ana ışığı çok yetersiz gece lambası var, oda ışığı da anca o kadar. Gece kitap okuyamdım o derece loş.
TV var ama 206 numaralı odada çok işlevsiz Bi yere yerleştirilmiş yer sıkıntısından. Zaten tv izlemiyoruz bizi etkilemedi.
Sıcak su var ama dengesiz. Dondurup yakıyor.
Kahvaltı tabak şeklinde, ücretsiz. Aşırı doyurucu olmasa da (ekmek artırılsa yeter aslında) çok özenli ve lezzetli idi hayli beğendik. Filtre kahvesi de ayrıca leziz.
Gece müzik gürültüsü konusu eşimi çok zorladı. Onun haricindekiler Bi şekilde görmezden gelinir.

This stay can be the biggest mistake among all my travel history and I had to apologise from my family. I thought for such a decent price they would be providing minimum requirements of a “motel”
Room and hotel amenities are far from accurate ,
We reserved a large family room , There is no tv , there is no option to hang your wet beach clothes, no mosquito screens on windows.
This is almost the furthest south of Turkiye and AC was not working. They asked to check it after we left today but they dont have a spare key to use while we are away so excuse became “our privacy”.
House keeping works only for visitors who stay more than 4 days! we are told, although we are four people and requested several times we were provided only two set of towels during our two days stay.
Location is central but hard to spot. Shops around never heard of the name for some reason.
There are bars downstairs and upstairs ! So it is impossible to sleep until late 3 am , People going up and down to the roof bar are pretty noisy but there is jo authority to interfere. Hotel gives the perception of an hourly love hotel, See pictures.
Minibar (with two 0,33cl water) works like a tractor so we had to unplug it so the only functioning electronic device left in the room was the light in the ceiling at that point.
There is a humidity issue in the building , room and bathroom . Sone of the vents are fake/non functional as seen in the picture.
I will make a complaint of this hotel to local bodies as

Thanks for sharing with us.We are sorry to hear that our guest Mr Uysal and his family wouldn’t be able to have a joyfull accommodation like hundreds of our past guests and we will be glad to analyze the situation carefully.First of all the price paid is %25 off compared to both the price level of equivalent hotels/rooms and our projected price schedule for that days. The name of the room is ECOPlus and so the price is lower accordingly.As we can see from our records more than 10 guests stayed at that room during last week just before Mr Uysal stayed and more than 50 people stayed during last month. Any of these guests complaint like this before. It’s 50 celcius degree in Kas at this time of year and it’s not possible to stay without air condition. Mr Uysal and his family also stayed for two nights at our hotel because the air condition system works at the room. We also asked Mr Uysal for housekeeping but he refused and indicated that he don’t have such a request. (You can also see wattsapp conversation attached.) We don’t have housekeeping service everyday for 2 night’s reservation. But also of course we do it on demand like we offer Mr Uysal.Similarly we asked Mr Uysal for air condition control but he refused because they care with their children and suggest us to control it tomorrow when they left. (You can also see wattsapp conversation attached.)Mr Uysal asked for extra towel, we answered in 1 minute and he suggested us to leave it next day. (You can also see wattsapp conversation attached.)Mr. Uysal requested us to get in room when they are outside for air condition control. Our hotel policy doesn’t allow us to get in rooms when our guests are not at the room. This is because the company owner Miss Gozde Ertekin is attorney at law and very rigorous about these procedures set by herself. We indicated this policy to Mr Uysal and requested if he can stay at the room just for couple of minutes while we check the air conditioning system but he refused unfortunately. (You can also see wattsapp conversation attached.)When Mr Uysal and his family arrive the hotel it was too hot and they seem tired with their two little children, so we quickly take them to their room for resting and cooling. (So the air condition system was working when they come. ) We postponed checkin procedures until they are comfortable for some time and indicated that we will be waiting. But Mr Uysal didn’t came for it or share identity card and also they leave the hotel by calling next morning “we put the keys on the desk and left”. On the other hand we couldn’t be able to determine which shops will be located around. We are sorry to hear that there are not shops which Mr Uysal heard before. But the situation is not related to us. Our hotel located at the city center and there are several restaurants and bars around. Music broadcast allowed until 01:00 am legally all over Turk
