This was a gorgeous apartment with a lot of room! I was really impressed with how clean it was initially but then I decided I wanted to soak in a bath… I scrubbed the tub with bleach (I do this every time at hotels) and when I was done I went to was us it and the water spout ended up pushing so much mold out from under the drain stopper. I pulled the stopper up and it was literally so caked with mold that it wasn’t able to create a seal. That led me to look at other places like that which also had some buildup. Other than that it was great though! We slept amazingly on the bed!

Perfect for a family get-together weekend - was better than we could have imagined. Quiet, lots of privacy, and close to Wilmington's best pizza (Pie's On Pizza - the calzones are huge!) Incredibly clean and well kept. And the Kasa crew were always a te t away to answer small questions. GREAT experience, highly recommended, and will most definitely go Kasa again...the HIGHEST OF FIVES!

BEWARE!!!! I reserved a room at their Wilmington North Carolina location for a wedding I was attending. I booked the room from October 15-22nd. I decided to go to Charleston, SC for a few days, as I'd never been there. I asked if I could change my reservation to the 18-22, but they had a no cancellation policy. So I figured I would just pay for the room in SC and double down on the hotel costs for those 3 nights. I drove from SC to NC on the 18th to check in. That's where the nightmare began. I couldn't get access to the room so I contacted the property. After holding for over an hour, I was informed that they had "given my room away" because I hadn't checked into the property on the 15th, yet THEY STILL EXPECTED ME TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK! They "double dipped" on the room for that week. I travel often and have NEVER experienced anything like this. I was put in the position to try to find a new room, at the last minute while there was an Ironman going on in town. There were no rooms available anywhere close to Wilmington. I had never been to the area, it's dark and I'm trying to find a place to stay. This company has absolutely no integrity, or business morals. I am a small business owner in California and I would NEVER expect to render NO services, yet require the guest to pay for a hotel they never stepped foot in. They have refused to refund the money (for a room I never saw) therefore, I will be disputing these charges with my bank and will fight this until it's right.

Gem of a property in Wilmington
Great place in Wilmington, centrally located to everything. We had a 7 night stay. Feeling of home. Communications with Kasa were quick and easy. I definitely recommend this place.

The property was lovely. Loved how spacious it was. Our only complaint was that it was so close to the road and we were unable to enjoy the balcony for the noise.

This is a great alternative to use for families that might need multiple hotel rooms. Check in and out was a breeze and no costly cleaning fee. I'd definitely stay here again. The only negative was the fact that there isn't a typical cable TV system in the unit that I had, no local or network service. Made it tough to watch sports and see the news and weather.

good location, but walking in you had a greeting to roaches scattering, left property immediately to go to different location. this the south, so they do live here, but property should have regular pest control. The good thing was they did issue a refund for the stay

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and modern. The check in process was seamless with very clear instructions that even included photos. The location was safe and only a 15 min drive to my vacation destination. Overall, the place was immaculate and clean. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, towels provided as well as a washer and dryer. I dropped one star because the couch was dirty from the last people who stayed at the apartment, looked like the cleaner didn't touch the couch. However, everything else was spotless and I would definitely stay with Kasa again.

We weren’t real sure where we wanted to stay during our visit to Wilmington. This was a nice centralized location with easy access to downtown, the beaches or shopping. The unit was clean and I appreciated have dish soap, keurig cups and laundry detergent provided. This is at a true apartment building with full time residents living there. I first thought was it’s weird, but ended up being fine. There is ice and coffee in the leasing building too. I would stay here again.

Just getting through a 14 hour drive to NC we had no idea what our Kasa was going to be like. We were extremely surprised at the apartment and how clean and nicely decorated it was. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was so easy to communicate through the virtual front desk. All responses were detailed and they got back to within minutes. We will definitely stay there again.
