We were denied entry by Hotel and HOTEL.COM is also not able to connect with the property. Pls do the refund ASAP

The review is always appreciated but the bad review is just because you need to pay for one extra night and the price per room per night was not up to your expectation but we had already requested you to book one more night from Expedia website but u opted to pay directly. Hope next time you will book the hotel prior to your visit.

Publié le 24 oct. 2018 sur HotelsWe cannot stay in Hotel Om Residency because the operator told us that he has not informations about. I didnot know why althougt I already paid to hotel.com. We moved to other hotel and paid with
cash. Hotel.com must refund to me. I donot want to know about communication between Hotel.com and Om residency.
