Avoid! Owner is threatening!!

Unfortunately a very bad experience. There was no power and no wifi. The food was extraordinarily expensive and awful. When I left they didn't believe I paid for my stay even though I showed the email confirming payment went through, the owner called the driver of a taxi I was on and was very threatening. I hate to leave a bad review and there were some nice people that worked there but the owner made me feel very unsafe so I have to advise everyone to avoid at all costs.

I do understand that such instances can be disappointing to anyone, including me if I was in the same circumstance as you were at the time and I apologize for that happening. We will investigate what may have gone wrong and see that we improve our food quality. Our food price is determined by the commodity market price and level of input. We will try to offer the best price within our control Located in a remote area, we rely on solar power that can sometimes be unreliable. We have installed a generator for charging all gadgets and our guests and staff will no longer get a problem with charging We serve guests from different Online Travel Agents (OTA) and require that the manager establishes from which line of sale we have received every guest. However, the staff may have approached you in an unfriendly way. We will investigate and ensure this doesn't happen again. I personally talked to you through someone I didn't know. It is through this review that I have got to learn that this person was your taxi driver. I regret that you gave my phone number to this person to initiate a communication about paying your bill. Since you had my WhatsApp number as we had communicated long before you arrived, it would have been better to send me a WhatsApp message as I was patient and not in a hurry to get the payment from you. We wish you the best and guarantee our future guests that we will use this feedback and our own service goal to continue to offer the best services in the area near Queen Elizabeth national park
