Double reservation

Our room was double reserved. They give to us one 4 bad apartment for one night and for next night 4 bad studio. For next 8 days they reserved to us room in other hotel. We muved 3 times. I never will go at this hotel.

Don't Waste your time or money

Service was not there. Rude. Room totally nothing like advertised. Tiny uncomfortable. Breakfast was disgusting. 1 egg per person. Half a slice of cheese. Wasps everywhere. To eat or order took 40-50min. Overpriced. Don't waste your time or money.

Dear Guest, First of all, thank you for the time you dedicated on reviewing our hotel. The reservation was for four people so we gave you a four bed apartment. Surprisingly you came with 5 people plus one baby. We tried to fit you in this four-bed apartment all of you without extra charge, which is in high season and this is the policy of every hotel. According to the breakfast, we have plenty of choices and unlimited food when somebody asks for more, variety as in a 4* hotel. In our à la carte menu the food is made freshly when ordered and is not fast food,this is the reason that you have to wait approximately half an hour. The service was as quick as possible with politness, always available to help. Thank you for your feedback and we hope you will find the hotel that suits you the most. Thank you for coming!
