Personnel sympathique, salle de bain propre. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus copieux et la terrasse aménagée. Réceptionniste Anup très sympathique

Pour : Dans un quartier très animé, l’hôtel se situe sur une petite rue a l´écart du bruit.
Très calme. Lit confortable et draps propres.
Contre : Blancheur des serviettes de douche
Emplacement : Bien situé, à proximité de tout
Très bonne expérience avec le personnel souriant et sympathique

Excellent hôtel with exceptional quality of staff

I count Jay suites simply among the top 5
The difference made is simply by the astonishing level of service , friendliness , poroximity they managed to create during my stay.
For instance with no hesitation they supported me in organizing all activities I have undertaken
Including trekking ... and shopping
Rooms and facilities are of good western standard and cleanliness and calm is guaranteed
I can only warmly recommend this hotel to futture travelers and will definitely come back for my next trip to Nepal

We had a lovely stay at Jay suites and they helped us organise transport in the morning, the room we chose had a kitchen with everything you need.

Best Location Hotel!

The hotel is located in the heart of Thamel with countless shops and restaurants nearby. They will do their best to accommodate your every request!
