Excrllent hôtel avec jardin

Cet hôtel est vraiment de grande classe. Lobby luxurux et agréable. Magnifique jardin où il fait bon prendre un thé. Belle décoration avec bois sculpté. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner.

Bon hôtel bien situé et ou l'on peut bien se ressourcer après des journées un peu harassantes ...mais demander Les chambres de luxe club 😜

Un emplacement parfait et hôtel doit être rénové

À notre arrivée à l'hôtel, on nous a attribué une chambre de très mauvais qualité au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons demandé à être changé de chambre, ce qui a été fait sans frais. La nouvelle chambre nous donnait une vue sur le magnifique jardin (havre de paix et de tranquilité). L'hôtel est bien, mais a gravement besoin d'être rénové. Les lits sont confortables, la douche fonctionnait bien et la nourriture offerte au buffet déjeuner est correcte.

Property tariffs not commensurate to standard. F&B was very average both breakfast and dinner. SPA area is dingy, towels were smelling, bath area were poorly lit and doesn’t inspire confidence that you get with 5 star property.

This was a work trip and we booked five rooms for a few nights. Checkin: Rude front desk, on check-in telling me I had to provide passport and wouldn’t accept drivers license. Straight away into an attitude like he was doing me a big favour and I shouldn’t be allowed to stay… what a welcome! Later in the stay one of my staff was harassed by the front door guard and told the motorbike helmet he had in his hands wasn’t allowed inside the hotel!?!? I also had my helmet in my hands (we had just parked rental bikes) and this guard at the door started on me. We eventually ignored the guard and took our helmets inside but we felt this was started due to my staff member being Bangladeshi. To top it all off I went to front desk to ensure bill was sorted and checked out. Four hours later as I am getting into my taxi a front desk guy races up to the taxi and demands to know what room I am in so he can make sure I have paid! That’s a first! Pool was never open, and a heads up the pictures are all of the conference centre not the hotel which blares music from weddings etc most nights into the singles glazed windows… it’s a 3 star hotel imo… dated, worn, and rude staff. Many many other options.
