Publié le 26 mars 2018 sur ExpediaGyser does not work. You need to call reception for hot water bucket. Free breakfast is pathetic. Rooms are depressing with very dim light.

First of all thanks for your review .Its a first time that someone our guest unhappy from our side and main difficult for us to reconize you because you did not mention your name in a reviews . And only you have written there in your review that you did not get a breakfast first you check in your reservation voucher whether there is a breakfast included or not in your booking voucher receipt. if you are right then why did not you show your included breakfast voucher in a reception .we are respect to all our guest and all guest are equal for us .once again i am very sorry sir you get a littel bit uncomfortabel this time in our hotel .Please let give us a a one time again to service you, we assure you ,you will be happy with us .

Welcoming & accommodating staff - very good hotel

They provided lots of advice on local know-how on where to visit, how to get there etc. The hotel is clean and tidy. The local area is busy, dusty with lots of traffic (like much of Kathmandu) but it was close to several sights in the North-east side of the city. The hotel is not located in the "touristic center" of Kathmandu but it is close to a major junction for easy access to other parts of the city.
