Très bien situé, proche toute commodités service exceptionnel faire attention aux extras car rien n'est inclus room service très bon restaurant italien incroyable quelques soucis avec la clés très belle piscine beaucoup de services proposés (shooping, moins cher qu'en ville ! restaurants, casino, bien être....) Tour operator de l'hotel fortement conseillé.

I will never stay at this property again. The floors in the rooms are very dirty. The Front Desk charged my card 3 weeks ago and I am still trying to get my money back on my AMX. The room was prepaid with Expedia and the hold funds went thru and was not refunded. I have been working with the FO MGR-Krishna Sapkota. I emailed the hotel again today and no response. I will have to dispute with AMX at this point. It should not take 3 weeks to get a charge reversed. The amount charged was $417.66 in US Dollars. I requested to speak to the GM of the hotel and Krishna said he would handle it.

High quality hotel

I was very impressed with this hotel! So that we extended one more night. Good customer service, helpful, friendly, professional. Room was fine with view. The hotel is huge and pool was nice. I highly recommend the Indian restaurant (we visited it twice) & the room service (was so good) and the outdoor lounge. Breakfast was very good & different than usual options. But needs more space if some groups attend the breakfast. Spa can be improved. Overall I recommend it and will book again if i visit Nepal in future.

Architectural was imagine absolutely fantastic landscape has been great I have been there before many years ago they have been update absolutely fantastic. The staff service from front desk to overall I will give 100%
