Surroundings are amazing! And food is great!
Staff a bit confused, and to be honest, they could’ve been a bit more service minded. The guest before us didn’t return the key to the room (real key, no cards), so we got the spare key. I really hope he’s not coming back, they said at the reception. I asked if there’s a possibility to change room, but they were fully booked. Same afternoon, he walked into our room, wounding what we were doing there 😟. Send him to the reception to clear things up. He’s got another room.( Fully booked?)
After a very good dinner I asked, to be sure of no more surprises, that the key was returned, and was ensured of that. So I was a bit surprised in the morning, after breakfast, the door opens again without knocking. This time it was housekeeping, that’s been told we already checked out. So, long story short, I expect a bit more order of a hotel who’s slogan is “treats everyone like a king”.
