The rooms exceeded my expectations—exceptionally clean and equipped with very comfortable beds. Although I had to switch rooms at one point due to a malfunctioning A/C unit, the issue was promptly and efficiently resolved by the staff. My only minor complaint was a noticeable sewage smell on the first floor, which extended into the elevator area. While this didn’t affect the rooms, it did make dining downstairs somewhat unpleasant. This may have been related to ongoing repairs and hopefully is a temporary issue. Aside from that, everything else was excellent!

The hotel is a beautiful building. The facility and room was clean. The sad part is the smell when you walk in. Super bad in the elevator and horrible in the room. It smells like a really cheap cleaner. It was overwhelming. I would have gone to another hotel but got in late and just needed to sleep for a few hours. If it werent for that i would stay there again. I ended up canceling to other days i had booked due to the smell.

Rooms and hotel were very clean. They did not refill the coffee during breakfast unfortunately. I had left my ID when checking in and did not notice I had left it until I was back home. I had called the front desk to ask if they could mail my driver’s license but was told I had to pay for it. I recognize it was both the hotel’s and my fault for not remembering my drivers license but I would’ve thought the hotel could splurge $2 to mail it back to me.
