Pour : Je me suis arrangée à passer le plus de temps loin de l hotel
Contre : commencer par moderniser un peu les équipements, avoir plus des canaux TV, changer les matelas par des neufs
Emplacement : l hotel est assez isolé
L'accueil était à la limite acceptable. J ai demandé deux chambres communicantes, nous avons été séparés, ma famille, dans deux chambres. Le téléphone de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas et le gérant m'a tout simplement savoir qu'aucune chambre n'était disponible et que si je n'était pas contente je pouvais partir car il y a plusieurs demandes en ce moment et que le prix que j'ai payé pour cette chambre était de loin inférieur au prix du jour. Lorsque je lui ai fait comprendre ma déception après une telle réponse c'est à ce moment qu'il a essayé de tester le téléphone. Il m'a fait comprendre que les tech ne sont pas disponible le dimanche et que pour avoir un RDV il faudrait attendre au moins trois jours et je serai déjà partie. Et de toute façon personne n'utilise les téléphones fixes des chambres mais les cellulaires.
Les matelas des ne sont pas confortables. Ils sont usés et doivent être changés. Le mal de dos et du cou était au menu de notre séjour
Je ne recommanderai pas cet hotel meme à mon pire ennemi

We sincerely apologize for your discontent with your stay.
As for adjoining rooms our hotel only has two sets of adjoining rooms and a request must be made at the time the reservation is made. If we cannot accomodate such request we strive to locate guests as close as possible. We are in the process of updating all of our mattresses by the end of 2018.

After reading the reviews on our way to the hotel we ALMOST ditched it and stayed somewhere else. We are SO happy we didn't! The outside of the building looks like it has been redone and the landscaping flowers were a nice touch! Plenty of on site parking, which was great! The husband wife that checked us in were both super polite and friendly and check in was quick! Love that they offered us complimentary cold water! The sitting area to the right when you walk in looks to have been updated with cute furniture! Our room was nice/clean, it had new wood flooring, the bed was clean and made nicely. We liked the sink/vanity being seperate from the toilet/shower. TV, refrigerator, microwave and air conditioning worked great also! When we returned from our day we had a great conversation with the married couple (staff) again! Upon arriving we did not smell an odor that people have been complaining about, but when we came back we did and if you do your research it is from the mills in Kaukauna, which is no fault of the hotel. The smell was basically contained to the lobby area because of the door opening and closing and did not smell at all in our room! Breakfast was a normal continental breakfast and the presentation was nice! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! Thanks Days Inn!

There were holes in the walls and ceiling of the hall way. Door to the room stuck. Mold in the ceiling of the bathroom. No tongs at the “ continental breakfast” to retrieve food items.

We had a light coffee spill on the bed in the first of our two night stay. They wouldn’t replace the sheets for us because they said they don’t have any extra but then we still were charged an extra $55 for the coffee on the white bleached sheets. Rude service and overall poor unclean quality. Definitely not worth staring at. We drove to Appleton for a nicer room for our second night

We had 2 rooms. One was good but the other one when we opened the refrigerator, there was a gallon of milk half empty in there and also a can of soda in the freezer that had exploded and some marinara sauce from Dominoes that was still left in there. Fridge was not cleaned out before we arrived in that room, guess that really upset me as I called to see if we could get an early check in and was informed we were not because cleaning would not be done by 1:30

Needs updates badly!
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsPretty outdated hotel. Looks like they’ve trying to make some renovations (like the flooring), but the shower was very old. The sink water smelled terrible. The breakfast was sub par.
