Im not a liar!
Posted Sep. 3, 2024 on HotelsMy daughter rung the hotel to say I would be arriving a night late due to being in hospital longer than anticipated. The gentleman she apoke tonsaid she would need to email this information which she did. When I arrived at the hotel a day later, receptionist was exceptionally rude saying they weren't informed of any changes. I explained all of the above and she basically called me a liar. I hadnt asked for a refund but could see there wasnt a hope in hell of getting one either.
However another receptionist I dealt with the following day was delightful and vwry helpful. Shame that one always spoils reviews x

Members of staff were fantastic especially Inga who was the manager and took a genuine interest in us as guests and tourists to Kaunas. She provided help in where to go in Kaunas which places were close and was just the kind of information we needed for our stay. I cannot praise her enough and wished that all hotels had an Inga.
