Stunning lake views and firepit
Publié le 18 août 2022 sur HomeAwayBeautiful property just 2 hours from Toronto. The property is stunning with a large lawn, beautiful stone firepit and a great bench on the dock. The place has A/C and pretty good wifi and a very warm cedar interior. The bbq was very handy and the kitchen was pretty much a full kicthen.
Bring your own firewood as they charge quite a bit and the owner arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled leave time.
All in all a great spot to stay.

Picturesque and spacious outdoor area.

The water is unfortunately too shallow and weedy for swimming off the dock, but it great for paddling. It is nestled between a lot of cottages, so it is not secluded, but with large hedges it feels very private. The grounds are lovely for the evenings with the firepit.

Family summer cottage
Publié le 23 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayMy parents came from Vancouver and we brought them up to this cottage for their first Ontario summer cottage experience. We all loved it. The property is epic - we spent a lot of time outside. Beautiful fire pit and dock and very private. Unfortunately, the lake is full of weeds (even though you can tell the owners tried to clear some of the weeds directly out front of their property) it was still unpleasant and we didn’t spend as much time in the lake as we thought we would.

Wonderful little getaway
Publié le 30 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely time and the cottage was perfect. Stunning sunsets. The weather was not great so we were not able to get on the lake but we had fun anyways. Dee was a joy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful family vacation

Everything we needed to maximize our experience was provided for us and Dee went out of her way to accomodate us. We look forward to returning.
